Breakfast ( a la carte menu):
- Ploughman's Platter - Thinly sliced salami, Gypsy ham, creamy brie cheese,
'Boerenkaas' w mustard seeds, fig preserves & mixed nuts
- Gourmet English - fried, poached or boiled eggs, w your choice of crispy pancetta, chorizo sausage, forest mushrooms & cherry tomatoes.
Lunch ( a la carte menu):
- Kudu Burger - w creamy brie cheese, organic rocket & cranberry sauce
- Caesar Salad - Confit duck w fresh raspberries (seasonal), cashew nuts,
Parmesan shavings & a raspberry vinegar.
Dinner ( every day changing set menu):
- Baked Camembert - From the oven, w preserved figs and a walnut & grape salad
- Crusted Linefish - on basil pesto tagliatelle, w a crust of olive ciabatta bread, sundried tomatoes & Parmesan, topped w Parmesan shaving & organic rocket.
- Sushipaccio - Seasonal fresh fruit wrapped in 'sushi-style' vanilla infused rice & dark chocolate,
served w coconut shavings & a passion fruit coulis, on a bed of fruit carpaccio.
