Team Building

Oyster Bay Lodge is situated in the small, coastal town of Oyster Bay.  Located half way between Port Elizabeth and Plettenberg Bay.  The activities are focused primarily on environment sustainability.  The package can be uniquely designed for Corporate, Team Building, Family Gatherings and Conferencing.  

Team building allows team members to understand their behaviors; identify and knock-down barriers.  When this is done the team will then exhibit signs of willingness to succeed, a sense of community, and a understanding that choices have a tidal wave effect.  In this new healthy environment there will only be achievements.    

We are here to REVIVE, REACTIVATE AND RE-ENERGISE TEAM through adventure activities.  

An interview would be necessary before your team building event.  The interview will comprise of the facilitator/s coming to your establishment or doing a Skype interview.  Questions will be asked in order for us to understand what your needs are. A package summary and a quote will be sent to you.

Meals:

Meal packages may include, 2 course a la carte Breakfast, a la carte lunch, buffet meals, picnic lunches, 3 course fine dining experiences or a private event with a private chef, activities host and waiters.  

Accommodation:

Two options are available.  We have Luxury Chalets, which is upmarket accommodation with self-catering facilities.  There is also Comfortable Guestrooms available.  These rooms are standard en-suite rooms.

The Facilitators:

The team is made up from our local guides who are headed by Claire Kloka (BTech Adventure Tourism Management: Focus on Team Building, Environmental Education, Outdoor Education and Adventure Education) and Hans Verstrate (Corporate Facilitator: 25 years of change management consultancy experience).  

Conference Venue:

The venue available is our Boma.  This facility can seat 30 clients.  The facility has a magnificent view over the Klipdrift river, the beach and our property.  Its here where we will be able to assist you with your unique program.
